Specialized in business transformation of people to provide solutions, drive continuous improvement and high performance with a focus on people and leaders development.
Current collaborations with Future Learning, Human Factor, Talent Day, Erlac, ESIC, University of Valencia, Nebrija, UPM.

Ivan Frutos is a guide and consultant in the development of leadership skills in leaders and teams with more than 18 years of experience.
He is a European ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project, an association that works to mitigate the stigma of mental health in the hospitality industry. Professor of the Master of Restaurant Management and Management at Barcelona Culinary HUB, member of Grupo Planeta. He has also undertaken businesses in Argentina and Spain.
